摘要
河坡发电公司1号、 2号锅炉为我国首批350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉。自2016年1月相继投产以来,锅炉在带大负荷时,标高48~52 mm尾部烟道处存在烟道振动,连同包墙过热器、钢梁、平台同时振动,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行。通过就地试验测量及理论分析,确定了锅炉尾部烟道振动的原因,并制定了相应的改造方案,烟道经整改后,振动明显减弱,取得了良好的效果。
The No. 1 and No. 2 boilers of Hepo Power Generation Company are the first batch of 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bedboilers in China. Since they were put into operation in January 2016, the boiler has had flue vibration at the end of the 48~52 mm tail flue when itwas with large load, and the steam-cooled wall, steel beam and the platform also suffered vibration simultaneously, which seriously affected the safeand stable operation of the unit. Through local test and theoretical analysis, the cause of the flue tail vibration was determined, and the correspondingmodification plan was formulated. After the flue was retrofitted, the vibration was obviously weakened and good results were obtained.
