摘要
针对某电厂锅炉冷风管道存在严重振动的问题,采用CFD方法对冷风管道内三维流场进行了数值计算,详细分析了风道内典型截面处的流场结构,确定了流动引起振动的原因,并提出了改进建议,为流体导致振动的理论分析和工程应用提供了一种有效的方法。
Three-dimensional flow field has been conducted numerical calculation with the CFD method as to serious vibration problems in cooling pipe. Detailed analysis of the structure at the typical cross-section inside the flow field is used to find out the reason of vibration caused by fluid. A suggestion for improvement is provided and an effective method is given for theory analysis on fluid vibration and engineering application.
