摘要
目的总结评价山东省某生殖健康与不孕症专科医院2015-2019年招聘精细化管理实施效果。方法从医院员工信息库中提取相关资料进行描述性统计分析,并采用问卷调查与定性访谈相结合的方式对人员招聘满意度进行评价。结果自医院实施精细化招聘以来,招聘及时性、有效性以及招聘工作满意度不断提高,人员录用质量稳步上升。结论精细化管理能够优化招聘流程、提升招聘质量和招聘满意度,但还存在部分年份招聘计划完成率较低、第三方托管人员满意度不高等问题,医院还需加强管理,持续改进并完善医院精细化招聘管理工作。
Objective To summarize and evaluate the effect of refined management in recruiting personnel for a reproductive health and infertility center in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2019. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the hospital staff information database,and recruitment satisfaction was evaluated both by questionnaire and qualitative interview. Results Since refined recruitment was implemented in the hospital,timeliness,effectiveness and satisfaction of recruitment were continuously promoted,thereby steadily increasing the quality of personnel recruitment. Conclusion Refined management can optimize the recruitment process,improve the recruitment quality and recruitment satisfaction in spite of such problems as the lower rates of recruitment in some years and lower satisfaction level by the third-party trustee.Therefore,hospitals need to strengthen and improve refined recruitment management continuously.
