作为医院人力资源管理和开发的基础,员工招聘管理工作在医院人力资源管理中起着举足轻重的地位,它直接关系着医院人力资源管理其他环节工作的开展。在实际工作中,医院相关管理部门应该找准医院的自身定位,根据医院发展中长期规划,在确立科学合理的人员配置基础上,利用各种政策和手段完善医院的用人机制;与此同时,还要不断创新和完善招聘流程和方法,利用各种先进的技术手段促进招聘管理效率的提升,以规范、精准、高效的管理思路促进医院的可持续发展。
As a basis for hospital human resource management and development,the staff recruitment management plays an important role in human resource management in the hospital,which directly affects the development of other aspects of human resource management work. In practice,the hospital should identify its own position and clear recruitment management ideas according to the long- term planning of the hospital and the allocation of scientific and reasonable staffing,and improve hospital mechanism using a variety of policies and means. At the same time,the hospital must continue to innovate and improve the recruitment process and methods,using a variety of advanced technology to promote the efficiency of recruitment management,so as to promote the standardized,accurate and efficient management ideas of sustainable hospital development.
