摘要
当前,数字经济驱动产业价值发生转移,以运营商为代表的电信运营企业迫切需要转变发展方式,实现新的发展路径。文章在梳理5G应用场景和商业模式的基础上,基于Osterwalder构成要素理论,以两家国际电信运营领军企业为例,用探索性的案例分析方法研究了案例企业在数字化转型过程中的路径选择和创新实践,构建了电信运营企业数字化转型的画布模型,并提出了传统电信运营企业可能的数字化转型路径及未来展望。
At present,the digital economy drives the transfer of industrial value.Telecom Operators urgently need to change the development mode and realize a new development path.On the basis of combing 5G application scenarios and business models,this paper takes two leading international telecom operators as examples,which is based on Osterwalder's theory of constituent elements to study the path selection and innovation practice of case enterprises in the process of digital transformation by exploratory case analysis method.It establishes a canvas model for the digital transformation of telecom operators,and proposes possible digital transformation paths and future prospects for traditional telecom operators.
