摘要
独角兽企业的发展代表着新经济的蓬勃发展,也越来越影响着一个地区和国家的经济发展。通过对中美两国独角兽企业的估值、行业分布、区域分布、商业模式和政策的对比,发现中国独角兽企业发展不足之处,同时借鉴有益经验促进独角兽企业改革创新,鼓励支持独角兽企业的发展壮大。
The development of Unicorn enterprises represents the vigorous development of the new economy,and increasingly affects the economic development of a region and a country.Through comparative analysis of valuation,industry distribution,regional distribution,business model,thepaper tries to find deficiencies in the development of Unicorn enterprises in China and USA,so as togain experience to promote the reform and innovation of Unicorn enterprises.
