摘要
"独角兽"企业具有独特的特征,多数处于新兴行业领域,处在BAT生态圈,诞生于少数特大城市,与垄断行业开放密切相关。上海"独角兽"企业数量居全国第2位,主要分布在科创资源丰富的浦东、徐汇和杨浦等区。未来上海应重点围绕国家科学中心建设等机遇,整合行业巨头资源,通过体制改革激活各类要素活力,助推"独角兽"企业不断涌现。
＂Unicorn＂enterprises have unique characteristics,most of them are in emerging industries,in the BAT ecosystem,born in a few megacities,and closely related to the opening of monopoly industries.The number of＂unicorn＂enterprises in Shanghai ranks second in China,mainly distributed in Pudong,Xuhui and Yangpu,which are rich in science and technology.In the future,Shanghai should focus on opportunities such as the construction of the National Science Center,integrate the resources of industry giants,activate the vitality of various elements through institutional reform,and promote the emergence of＂unicorn＂enterprises.
