摘要
目的通过对贇式排石疗法训练联合排石药物治疗输尿管结石的疗法分析,探讨其可推广性。方法将120例输尿管结石患者随机分为3个治疗组,每组各40例。单纯服用排石药物(药物组):复方金钱草颗粒,3g,tid冲服;联合贇式组:服用复方金钱草颗粒,3g,tid冲服之外,联合贇式排石疗法训练;联合体操组:服用复方金钱草颗粒,3g,tid冲服之外,联合大众广播体操训练。治疗时间共4周。评估结石排出率(治愈率)、结石排出时间(d)、典型肾绞痛再次发生率,比较各治疗组的总有效率。结果共120例患者完成研究,各组间基线资料比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。联合贇式组的排石总有效率82.5%(33/40),优于药物组47.5%(19/40)与联合体操组60%(24/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贇式排石疗法联合复方金钱草颗粒应用可以提高输尿管结石患者的排石效果,效果优于单用复方金钱草颗粒。
Objective To explore the application value of Yun’s Exercise of Lithagogue in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods A total of 120 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The medication group took herba lysimachiae granules,3 g,tid.The Yun’s group used herba lysimachiae granules combined with Yun’s Exercise.The gymnastics group used herba lysimachiae granules combined with gymnastics training.After 4-week treatment,the cure rate,stone discharge time,recurrence rate of typical renal colic and total effective rate were compared.Results All 120 patients completed the treatment.There were no significant differences in baseline data among the 3 groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 82.5 %(33/40) in Yun’s group,followed by gymnastics group 60%(24/40) and medication group 47.5%(19/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yun’s Exercise of Lithagogue combined with herba lysimachiae granules can help the discharge of calculi,which has better efficacy than herba lysimachiae granules alone.
