摘要
目的:基于德尔菲法为留置双J管病人制定健康教育清单,为留置双J管病人提供科学系统的同质化健康教育。方法:本研究在相关知识的基础上,通过文献回顾和小组讨论制定出初步带双J管病人健康教育清单内容,对湖北省、广东省、北京市16名专家进行2轮专家函询,根据专家函询结果结合专家的建议加以删减、扩充、调整,最终制定留置双J管病人的健康教育清单。结果:2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%;2轮专家权威系数(Cr)分别为0.933和0.931;第1轮专家函询一级条目的重要性赋值均数为4.94分,变异系数为0.05,满分率为93.75%;二级条目的重要性赋值均数为3.94~4.94分,变异系数为0.05~0.27,满分率为31.25%~93.75%,肯德尔协调系数(Kendall′s W)为0.294(P<0.05);第2轮专家函询一级条目的重要性赋值均数为5.00分,变异系数为0.00,满分率为100.00%;二级条目的重要性赋值均数为3.94~5.00分,变异系数为0.00~0.18,满分率为18.75%~100.00%,Kendall′s W为0.319(P<0.05)。最终形成留置双J管病人健康教育清单一级条目2项(相关知识、日常生活健康教育)、12项二级指标及相应宣教内容。结论:经过2轮专家函询制定出留置双J管病人的健康教育清单,具有较高的可靠性和科学性。制定的清单健康教育内容包含留置双J管相关知识和日常生活健康教育,内容全面、系统、科学。
Objective:To develop a health education list for patients with indwelling double J tube based on Delphi method,and to provide scientific and systematic homogeneous health education for patients with indwelling double J tube.Methods:On the basis of relevant knowledge,this study developed a preliminary health education list for patients with double J tubes through literature review and group discussion.A total of 16 experts from Hubei Province,Guangdong Province and Beijing City received 2 rounds of expert correspondences.According to the expert consultation results combined with experts′advice to delete,expand,adjust,and finally develop the health education list of patients with double J tube.Results:The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires was 100%.The expert authority coefficients(Cr)of the two rounds were 0.933 and 0.931,respectively.In the first round of expert letter consultation,the mean value of importance of first-level items was 4.94 points,the coefficient of variation was 0.05,and the full score rate was 93.75%.The mean value of importance of secondary items ranged from 3.94 to 4.94 points,the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.05 to 0.27,the full score rate ranged from 31.25%to 93.75%,and the Kendall′s W was 0.294(P<0.05).In the second round of expert letter consultation,the mean value of importance assignment of first-level items was 5.00 points,the coefficient of variation was 0,and the full score rate was 100%.The mean value of importance of second-level items was 3.94~5.00 points,the coefficient of variation was 0.00~0.18,the full score rate was 18.75%~100.00%,and Kendall′s W was 0.319(P<0.05).Finally,2 first-level items(related knowledge and health education in daily life),12 second-level indicators and corresponding propaganda and education contents were formed in the health education list of patients with indwelling double J tube.Conclusions:The list of health education for patients with indwelling double J tube was developed after 2 rounds of expert c
