摘要
为观察莫沙必利配合穴位埋线治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的疗效,将结肠慢传输型便秘患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者采用莫沙必利配合穴位埋线治疗,比较2组患者的疗效,治疗前后患者便秘症状积分、肠道传输试验标志物的排出率;排便频次恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间等指标。结果显示,观察组总有效率高于对照组;观察组便秘症状积分低于对照组,肠道传输试验标志物的排出率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组排便频次恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,莫沙必利配合穴位埋线治疗结肠慢传输型便秘效果良好,可有效缓解便秘症状,缩短疗程,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
This study was to observe the effect of mosapride combined with acupoint catgut-embedding in the treatment of colon slow transit constipation(CSTC),randomly divided 100 CSTC patients into control group(50 cases,adopted mosapride)and observation group(50 cases,mosapride plus acupoint catgut-embedding);then compared following indexes as effect,the score rating of constipation symptoms before and after treatment,the removed ratio of bowel transit test markers,the time of defecation frequency recovered normal status,and the time of fecal characters became normal form,and so on.As results,in total effective rate,in symptoms’score rating,and in marker’s removed ratio observation group was respectively higher,lower,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05);in the time of defecation frequency as well fecal characters to normal,observation group was all shorter than control group(P<0.05);in untoward reaction incidence there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Restuls show that for CSTC mosapride plus acupoint catgut-embedding has good effect,can effectively improve symptoms,shorten treatment course,at the same time with high safetyI.tisworthy of clinical popularization and application.
