摘要
目的分析自拟通便方加减辅助针灸治疗老年脾肾两虚型功能性便秘的效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年2月于济宁市中医院门诊就诊的96例老年脾肾两虚型功能性便秘患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组行常规西医药物治疗联合针灸治疗,观察组以对照组治疗措施基础上加以自拟通便方加减治疗,两组均持续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、直肠感觉功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗4周后的各项中医证候评分与初始阈值、排便阈值均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟通便方加减辅助针灸能够减轻老年脾肾两虚型功能性便秘患者症状,改善直肠感觉功能,且无严重不良反应。
Objective To analyze the effect of self-made Tongbian Recipe plus or minus acupuncture and moxibustion on elderly patients with functional constipation of spleen kidney deficiency type.Methods 96 elderly patients with functional constipation of spleen and kidney deficiency type who visited the outpatient department of the hospital from April 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with self prepared Tongbian Decoction for 4 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,rectal sensory function,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,higher than 79.17%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,initial threshold,defecation thresholdin the observation group after 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-made Tongbian Recipe plus or minus acupuncture and moxibustion can alleviate the symptoms of elderly patients with functional constipation of spleen kidney deficiency type,improve rectal sensory function,and have no serious adverse reactions.
