摘要
目的探讨温阳通便方配合中药热敷治疗老年功能性便秘的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月德惠市中医院收治的128例老年性功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者给予温阳通便方配合中药热敷治疗。治疗1个月后,观察比较两组患者的疗效,并分析两组患者的便秘严重程度、生活质量变化情况,统计两组患者的复发率。结果观察组的临床总有效率(95.31%)高于对照组(89.06%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组的便秘症状严重程度(CCS)评分为(40.34±4.29)分,低于对照组的(58.01±4.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6个月的复发率(4.69%)低于对照组(23.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后和治疗后6个月,观察组的便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳通便方配合中药热敷治疗老年功能性便秘,具有显著的效果,在缓解便秘程度、降低复发率、提高生活质量等方面具有明显的优势,值得临床重视和推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of formula with warming yang to promote defecation combined with Chinese herbal medicines for warm compress in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with functional constipation admitted to Dehui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional treatment in Western medicine was used,while in the observation group,formula with warming yang to promote defecation combined with Chinese herbal medicines for warm compress was adopted.After one month of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared,the severity of constipation and the change in quality of life were analyzed,and the recurrence rates of the two groups were calculated.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.31%)was higher than that of the control group(89.06%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the severity of constipation(CCS)score of the observation group was(40.34±4.29)points,lower than that of the control group of(58.01±4.11)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 6 months after treatment in the observation group(4.69%)was lower than that in the control group(23.43%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment and 6 months after treatment,the quality of life scale for patients with constipation(PAC-QOL)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Formula with warming yang to promote defecation combined with Chinese herbal medicines for warm compress in the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly has a remarkable curative effect at advantages of alleviating constipation,reducing the re
