摘要
工业工程是一门工程与管理相结合的新专业学科,建设基础比较薄弱。为提高专业建设水平,从课程体系设置、师资队伍建设、理论教学、实践教学等方面提出提高人才培养质量的具体措施。结果表明,措施行之有效,有助于提高教学质量。
Industrial engineering (IE) is a new major combining engineering with management disciplines,and its construction infrastructure is comparatively weak.In order to enhance the level of major construction and education quality,the concrete measures are proposed including curriculum setting,faculty cultivation,theory teaching,practice teaching and so on.It is shown by applications that the measures proposed are effective and helpful to improve teaching quality.
