摘要
根据我国高校实验室建设现状,分析了实验室建设中存在的不足,提出了创建一个数字化工业工程实验室的方案。该实验室由离散型数控机床加工区、自动立体仓库、U型装配流水线等三大实体系统组成,通过集成化的生产与物流控制系统连成一个有机的整体。实验系统建设有基础工业工程、数字化生产制造系统、现代经营管理系统和设施规划与虚拟运作实验平台,在这四大实验平台基础上开设高水平的实验项目,达到从根本上提高学生的实践能力和综合分析能力的目的。
This paper, starting from the educational objectives of industrial engineering, analyzes the problems in the construction of laboratories in view of the present situation, and puts forward the idea of creating a digital industrial engineering laboratory consisting of three entity systems including a discrete CNC machine processing zone, an automatic three-dimensional warehouse and a u-shaped assembly line. The three entity systems are integrated into an organic whole through an integrated production and logistics control system. The experimental system is made up of a basic industrial engineering experimental platform, a digital manufacturing system experimental platform, a modern operation control experimental platform and a facility planning and virtual operation experimental platform. High level experimental projects are developed based on the four experimental platforms to fundamentally improve the practical and comprehensive analysis ability of students.
