摘要
永磁直线同步电机(PMSLM)以其推力密度大、响应速度快等优势在机床进给系统中得到广泛应用。结合PMSLM的结构特点和经典的旋转电机电磁设计公式,设计了PMSLM的主要电磁参数,确定了PMSLM的主要尺寸。建立PMSLM二维有限元模型,对空载的反电动势、定位力等特性进行了仿真分析,并通过负载仿真结果的计算分析来验证推力、效率等设计参数,仿真结果表明该设计方案满足设计目标。
Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is widely used in machine tool servo system because of its high thrust density and fast response. The main electromagnetic parameters of PMSLM were designed and the main size of PMSLM was determined according to the structure characteristics of PMSLM and the classical electromagnetic design formula of rotary motor. PMSLM 2 D finite element model was established,and the characteristics of induced electromotive force and detent force were simulated and analyzed,and the design parameters such as thrust and efficiency were verified through the calculation and analysis of load simulation results. The simulation results showed that the design scheme met the design goal.
