摘要
创新是国家强盛、企业发展的基础。我国在向创新型国家迈进的过程中,需要千千万万的创新型技术工人作支撑。立足创新人才培养的角度提出了高校加强药学专业学生创新能力培养的对策,希望能够促进我国药学专业创新人才的培养。
Innovation is the foundation for the prosperity of the country and the development of enterprises.In the process of moving towards an innovative country,China needs tens of millions of innovative skilled workers to support it.Based on the perspective of cultivating innovative talents,this article puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability of pharmacy students in universities,hoping to promote the cultivation of innovative talents of pharmacy in China.
