摘要
党的十八大以来,国家进一步确立了"双一流"建设的重要战略性决策,加速推进了中国高等教育建设的进程。而人才培养是高等教育的基础和核心,培养具有真正内涵的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的"三创"人才,既是全面提升高等教育质量的内在要求,也是全面提升教学水平和人才培养质量的标志,更是助推"双一流"高校建设的现实需求。文章主要针对地方院校药学专业创新人才培养模式进行初探,以期为地方院校培养药学专业复合型创新人才提供借鉴和思路。
Since the eighteenth congress, the country have further established the important strategic decision of “Double Tops” construction, which will accelerate the process of construction of Chinese higher education power at a new starting point. But talent training is the foundation and core of higher education; cultivating innovative consciousness and creative ability talents are the inherent requirement, in order to improve the quality of higher education comprehensively, and comprehensively promote the level of teaching and talent training quality of “Double Tops” construction. In the paper, we makes a preliminary study on the training mode of cultivating innovation and compound pharmaceutical talents at local universities, so as to provide references and ideas for other local universities.
