摘要
药剂学作为药学专业的核心课程,构建以职业需求为导向的课程教学及考核体系对药学人才培养尤为重要。将成果导向教育理念运用到药剂学课程教学中,通过优化理论和实践教学内容、教学方法,构建多元考核评价方式,探索以学生为中心、成果为导向的教学改革路径,取得了较好的成效,有助于培养出适应药学行业发展新形势的创新型、应用型人才。
Pharmaceutical Science,as a core course in the field of pharmacy,plays a crucial role in the training of pharmaceutical personnel.Developing a curriculum and assessment system that is oriented by professional demands is particularly important.By applying an outcome-based education concept to the teaching of pharmaceutical science,this study optimized the conceptual and practical teaching content,teaching methods,and diversified assessment methods.It explored a student-centered and outcome-based teaching reform path,which has shown significant effectiveness.This approach is conducive to cultivating innovative and applied talents who can adapt to the new trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
