摘要
慢性肾脏病(CKD)是全球范围内的健康难题。尽管对CKD及其并发症的预防已经受到广泛的重视,人们对CKD的危险因素尚未完全掌握。睡眠紊乱引起昼夜节律紊乱和睡眠缺乏,最终导致CKD的进展。健康人群中睡眠缺乏者发展成CKD的风险更高。代谢障碍也许是睡眠缺乏引起CKD进展的机制之一。对睡眠时间和质量的保障也许对延缓CKD进展有重要意义。
Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is a global health burden.Despite extensive attention to prevention of CKD and its complex comorbidities,the risk factors of CKD are incompletely understood.Sleep disorder can cause circadian rhythm disorders and sleep deprivation,which ultimately lead to progression of CKD.Healthy people with short sleep duration are at increased risk of CKD compared to those without sleep deficiency.Metabolism disorder might be one of the mechanisms responsible for CKD progression induced by sleep deficiency.Improvement of the duration and quality of sleep might associate with delaying the progression of CKD.
