某型火箭炮高低随动液压伺服系统建模与优化 被引量:1

摘要 采用数学建模法及图形建模法,基于EASY5软件建立了火箭炮高低随动液压伺服系统仿真模型,并结合液压试验台对柱塞泵流量进行了试验验证,此外采用粒子群优化算法程序,针对PID控制器参数进行了优化。仿真与试验结果表明:基于EASY5软件建立的高低随动液压伺服系统模型是准确有效的,优化后的模型更符合性能指标要求,为实际装备中控制器的设计提供了参考,并为下一步的仿真研究奠定了基础。 Based on EASY5 software, the simulation model of high-low servo hydraulic servo system of rocket launcher was established by using mathematical modeling method and graphical modeling method, and the flow rate of plunger pump was tested and verified by hydraulic test bench. In addition, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the PID controller. The simulation and experimental results has show that the high-low servo hydraulic servo system model based on EASY5 software has been accurate and effective, and the optimized model has been more in line with the performance requirements. It has provided a reference for the design of the controller in the actual equipment, and has laid the foundation for further simulation research.
