摘要
以某三腔复合缸冲床液压系统为研究对象,建立该液压系统的数学模型,采用MATLAB的Simulink模块进行系统建模,并在不同参数条件下对系统的动态特性进行仿真分析。结果表明:该液压系统能对负载作出快速响应,稳定性好,泵的排量、负载力、负载质量、油液弹性模量等参数对其动态性能有一定的影响。研究结论为冲床液压系统的参数优化提供了一定的理论依据。
The mathematical model of punch hydraulic system was set up. The simulation model of the hydraulic system was built based on MATLAB/Simulink. The dynamic performances of the hydraulic system under different parameters were simulated. The results indicate that the parameters, such as pump discharge capacity, load bearing, load quality and the oil elastic modulus, have cer- tain effect on the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system. The conclusions provide theoretical basis for the parameters optimization of the punch hydraulic system.
