摘要
滑靴短阻尼孔直径设计合理与否是影响柱塞泵容积效率、寿命的重要因素之一。通过理论公式推导得到短阻尼孔直径的理论计算公式,应用Simulink仿真软件搭建仿真模型求得滑靴短阻尼孔直径。分析影响滑靴短阻尼孔直径的因素,然后将分析结果应用到产品中进行试验考核,验证了短阻尼孔直径取值的正确性,为短阻尼孔直径的设计提供了一种有效方法。
Whether the design of the short orifice diameter of the sliding shoe is reasonable or not is one of the important factors affecting the volumetric efficiency and life of the plunger pump.The theoretical formula for calculating the diameter of the short orifice is derived from the theoretical formula,and the simulation model is built using Simulink simulation software to obtain the diameter of the short orifice of the slipper.The factors affecting the diameter of the short orifice of the sliding shoe are analyzed,and then the analysis results are applied to the product for test assessment,which verifies the correctness of the diameter of the short orifice,and provides an effective method for the design of the diameter of the short orifice.
