摘要
为了分析斜盘式轴向柱塞泵滑靴运动过程中的空间姿态及运动学特性,建立了滑靴空间姿态运动学模型,分析了不同缸体孔分布圆直径、不同斜盘倾角下滑靴轴向沿斜盘表面的运动规律,给出了压盘装滑靴颈部的圆孔直径及其孔心分布圆直径的设计依据,为高压柱塞泵性能优化及关键零件的寿命分析奠定了理论基础。
In order to analyze the kinematics characteristics of the swashplate axial piston pump' s piston shoes, the kinematicsmodel of the piston shoes is established. The law of different block pore diameter distribution of swashplate angle in axial motion alongthe surface of swash plate was analyzed. The design principle were given of the piston shoes neck round hole diameter and its disbtt-tion circle diameter. The analysis result and the method have settled a foundation for further optimum design and count of the longevity.
