摘要
介绍了一种基于模糊PID控制的氧压自动控制系统的设计方案。成功解决了医院传统供氧系统中采用频繁起/停氧压机来稳定氧气储罐中氧气压力所存在的氧压波动大、实时性不强及效率低的问题。详细介绍了该氧压自控系统的硬件组成及所采用的模糊PID控制技术,应用表明该设计方案具有较好的实际控制效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。
This paper introduced a design scheme of oxygen pressure auto-control system based on Fuzzy-PID. The problem in traditional system which based on continually start up and halt control mode was successfully solved. It overcomes the disadvantage of rough pressure undulation, lag transmission and low efficiency in old way. It also expounded the concretely composing of hardware and the technique of fuzzy-PID control which was adopted in the system. The application results show that the scheme has a better practice control effect, and it can be popularized easily.
