摘要
为探究不同升温速率对DSC曲线变化和活化能计算的影响,在不同升温速率下对两种煤样进行DSC测定,并对测定结果展开研究。分析了不同升温速率下DSC曲线的变化以及升温速率的选取对活化能计算的影响,发现随着升温速率的变大,DSC曲线的峰值逐渐升高,峰的宽度逐渐变大且DSC曲线由平缓下降逐渐变为垂直下降,当用Arrhenius公式计算活化能时,选取的升温速率跨度大、数量较多时,计算的活化能与真实活化能的偏差变小,选择合适的升温速率可以减小活化能计算时的误差。
In order to explore the effect of different heating rates on the DSC curve changes and activation energy calculations,DSC measurements were performed on two coal samples at different heating rates,and the results of the studies were studied.The change of the DSC curve under different heating rates and the influence of the heating rate selection on the calculation of the activation energy were analyzed.It was found that as the heating rate became larger,the peak of the DSC curve gradually increased,the width of the peak gradually increased,and the DSC curve changed from gentle The gradual decline gradually becomes vertical.When using the Arrhenius formula to calculate the activation energy,the selected heating rate has a large span and a large number,and the deviation between the calculated activation energy and the actual activation energy becomes smaller.Selecting a suitable heating rate can reduce the error in the calculation of the activation energy.
