摘要
目的:分析健脾化湿解毒方联合西药治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危型HPV感染的临床观察。方法:择取于2017年2月-2018年3月我院妇科所收治的100例患者为研究对象,以实际就诊的顺序为主,将该100例患者平均分成两个小组,每个小组均50例患者。干预组实施健脾化湿的解毒方与西药联合疗法,常规组则为常规西医疗法。分析两组效果。结果:与常规组相比,干预组患者HPV病毒实际载量指标评分与转阴率指标评分,腰酸、尿痛、白带增多、瘙痒等各项临床症状的改善指标评分,不良反应与疾病复发率指标评分等,均略占据一定临床优势,组间的数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性宫颈炎伴有高危型的HPV感染疾病治疗,采用健脾化湿的解毒方与西药联合疗法,能改善患者各项临床症状,抑制不良反应出现,且疾病复发概率相对较低,临床治疗效果较为理想,可促进患者早日疾病转归。
Objective:To explore and the clinical effect of Jianpi Huashi Jiedu decoction(健脾化湿解毒方)combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic cervicitis combined with high-risk HPV infection.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2018,100 patients admitted by the department of gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.Based on the actual order of treatment,the 100 patients were divided into two groups on average,with 50 patients in each group.The intervention group was treated with Jianpi Huashi Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine,while the conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine.The e ffect of two groups was analyzed.Result:Compared with the conventional group,HPV actual capacity index score and overcast rate index score,lumbar acid,urinary pain,leucorrhea increase,itch,etc.,and the clinical symptoms improved indicators score,the recurrence rate of adverse reactions and disease index score,etc.,of the intervention group patients had certain clinical advantages,data contrast was statistically different between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:For the treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection disease,Jianpi Huashi Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine could improve the clinical symptoms of patients,inhibit the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the incidence of disease recurrence was relatively low,the clinical treatment e ffect was ideal,it could promote the early disease prognosis of patients.
