摘要
随着现代智慧物流的迅速发展,高职院校人才无法满足企业的需求,企业需要更多技术技能型工匠。学校要树立工匠精神在人才培养中具有举足轻重作用的思想,通过典型现代学徒制培养模式,在物流管理专业人才的培养过程中以培养物流行业一线的高质量技术技能型人才为目标,注重学生"工匠精神"的培育使学生严谨务实、脚踏实地学习理论知识和实践技能,文中从五个方面提出工匠精神培育融入专业人才培养途径以期解决企业对人才需求与人才供给不协调的矛盾。
With the rapid development of modern intelligent logistics,higher vocational colleges talents can’t satisfy the needs of the enterprises,the enterprises need more technology skilled artisans. Schools must set up idea that craftsmanship spirit has an important role in talents,the cultivation of cultivation,through the typical modern apprenticeship training mode,in the process of the cultivation of logistics management professional talents the cultivation of high quality technical skilled talents of logistics industry should be made as the goal,pay attention to students"spirit"of cultivating the students rigorous practical,down-to-earth learning theoretical knowledge and practical skills. From five aspects,this paper puts forward the way of integrating the cultivation of craftsman spirit into the cultivation of professional talents in order to solve the contradiction between the enterprise’s demand for talents and the supply of talents.
