摘要
目的实证研究了晚期恶性肿瘤患者在人文关怀护理中的临床价值,通过人文护理提高患者的自信心,消除悲观失望情绪,提高患者生活质量。方法选取了2017年1月至2017年12月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤放疗中心收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者100例,分为实验组、对照组2组,用统计学的方法,比较常规护理与人文关怀护理的效果。结果接受人文护理患者在生活质量、抑郁情况和焦虑情况等方面普遍优于常规护理患者,且P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论人文关怀护理可以有效减少患者的心理压力,提高晚期恶性肿瘤的护理效果,有利于促进患者的身心健康,在临床中具有重要的价值,值得广泛推广使用。
Objective To empirically study the clinical value of humanistic care for patients with advanced malignant tumors,and to improve their self-confidence,eliminate pessimism and disappointment,and improve their quality of life through humanistic care.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,100 patients with advanced malignant tumors admitted to the Radiotherapy Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were divided into experimental group and control group.The effects of routine nursing and humanistic nursing were compared by statistical methods.Results The quality of life,depression and anxiety of patients receiving humanistic nursing were generally better than those receiving routine nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing can effectively reduce the psychological pressure of patients,improve the nursing effect of advanced malignant tumors,and promote the physical and mental health of patients.It has important value in clinical practice and is worthy of wide application.
