摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取赣南医学院第一附属医院2015年1月~2016年12月收治的恶性肿瘤患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组给予常规护理;观察组患者则在常规护理的基础上加上人文关怀。比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁水平、生活质量及护理工作满意度。结果护理前,两组患者SAS、SDS得分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组SAS、SDS得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者护理后生理功能、疼痛和不适、心理状态及行为状态得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的总体满意度、服务态度、技术满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将人文关怀引入恶性肿瘤护理中不仅能改善患者负性情绪和生活质量,还可从各个方面提升护理服务水平。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of humanistic care in nursing of malignant tumor.Methods 120 cases of patients with malignant tumor who hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the obsevation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing plan,while the observation group was given humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The levels of anxiety and depression,quality of life and the degree of nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no signifi- cantly different between the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups (P〉0.05);after nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.05).After nursing,the physical function, pain and discomfort, mental state and behavior state in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).The degree of total, service attitude and technical satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in patients with malignant tumor not only can improve the negative emotions and the quality of life of patients, but also to improve the level of care services from all aspects.
