摘要
为提高船舶合拢管再现机作业的安全性、生产效率,提升操作的易用性、舒适性,增强装备的美观性,应用JACK软件对船舶合拢管再现机进行人机交互评价。通过对船舶合拢管再现机结构组成与工作原理的分析,对其造型进行改进设计;在确定操作过程中人机交互的关键姿势节点的基础上,利用OWPA分析工具和可触及包络模块对船舶合拢管再现机的舒适性进行评价与验证,并进一步改进装备空间尺寸设计。将JACK人机交互评价应用于船舶合拢管再现机造型设计,从用户行为指导设计,有利于改善产品的人机关系,可为相关船舶装备造型设计提供参考。
JACK software was used to perform human-computer interaction evaluation of ship closure pipe reproduction machine to improve safety,production efficiency,usability and comfort of operation,and enhance aesthetics of the equipment.The product modeling improving design was completed through the analysis of structure and working principle of ship closure pipe reproduction machine.On the basis of confirmation of key pose node in the man-computer interaction,the comfort of ship closure pipe reproducing machine was evaluated and verified using OWPA analysis tools and touchable envelope module.The equipment space dimension was further optimized.JACK human-computer interaction evaluation was applied to the modeling design of ship closure pipe reproduction machine.The design was guided from user behavior.It was helpful to improve the human-computer relationship of products and provide references for relevant ship manufacturing equipment modeling design.
