摘要
目前船舶建造过程中,合拢管测量制作基本依靠工人在船上手工打样后,回车间制作好合拢管后再上船安装。这种传统的作业方法存在效率低、精度差、返工多、浪费打样材料等问题。针对这些问题,通过应用一种合拢管测量制作新技术,能有效避免传统作业方法存在的不足,达到节能降耗、降本增效的作用。
At present,in the shipbuilding process,procedures for measuring and manufacturing of closure tubeinclude manual proofing in ship,manufacturing in workshop and fitting in ship.There would be much problems suchas low efficiency,poor accuracy,reworking,depending on the level of workers,and material-wasting.In order tosolve these problems,a new technology for measuring and manufacturing of ship closure pipe is developed,by usinga device for measuring and reproducing closed tube to effectively avoid the shortcomings of the traditional operationmethod,achieve energy saving and cost reduction.
