摘要
从2014年开始,中国刑事警察学院每年选派一部分本科生前往西南政法大学交换学习。这些学生由此对公安院校和政法院校的教学方式和学习氛围有了切身的体验。在公安院校公安专业人才招录培养制度改革的背景下,考察这部分学生对不同院校专业人才培养的认识和感受,有助于总结公安院校教学及学生学习过程中存在的突出问题,以此有效提升未来人才培养质量。从目前反映出来的问题出发,应当适度丰富公安院校的教学方式,多举措提升在校本科学生的学习氛围,并可考虑继续加强公安院校与法学院校在人才培养方面的合作。
Since 2014,the National Police University of China has sent a number of undergraduates to the Southwest University of Political Science and Law each year for exchange studies.These students thus have a first-hand experience of the teaching methods and learning atmosphere of police colleges and political and law schools.Under the background of the reform of the recruitment and training system for police professionals in police colleges,it is helpful to summarize the outstanding problems existing in the teaching and learning process of police colleges and effectively improve the quality of future personnel training by investigating the students'understanding and feelings on the training of police professionals in different colleges and universities.Starting from the problems reflected at present,we should enrich the teaching methods of police colleges,take more measures to improve the learning atmosphere of undergraduate students,and consider continuing to strengthen cooperation between police colleges and law schools in the field of personnel training.
