摘要
随着创新驱动发展战略的不断深入,创新创业教育不断深化。地方本科院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,新形势下的高校“双师”型师资队伍建设工作迫在眉睫。通过问卷调查分析发现,地方本科院校“双师”型师资队伍建设过程中普遍存在对“双师”型教师的内涵认识不全面、师资队伍培养机制不健全、评价监督体系和奖励制度缺失等问题。为此,地方本科院校应明确“双师”型教师的内涵,在完善教师培养体系和培训机制的基础上进一步完善具有“双师”导向的考评监督体系和激励机制。同时,“双师”型教师队伍的建设需要不断完善高校教师的管理制度,为“双师”型教师的成长创造优越的环境。
With the deepening of innovation-driven development strategy and the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education,local undergraduate universities are an important part of China's higher education.Under the new situation,the construction of“double-qualified”teaching staff is imminent.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey,it is found that in the process of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers in local universities,there are many problems,such as incomplete understanding of the connotation of“double-qualified”teachers,imperfect training mechanism of teachers,and lack of evaluation and supervision system and reward system.Therefore,local universities should clarify the meaning of“double-qualified”teachers,and further improve the“double-qualified”oriented evaluation and supervision system and incentive mechanism on the basis of improving the teacher training system and training mechanism.At the same time,the construction of“double-qualified”teachers needs to constantly improve the management system of university teachers,to create a superior environment for the growth of“double-qualified”teachers.
