摘要
伴随着高等职业教育的发展,“双师型”师资队伍不断地壮大,而在高职课程改革的当下,如何促进高职“双师型”师资队伍建设,成为一个重点研究课题。从“双师型”教师的内涵与现实意义出发,结合当前“双师型”教师队伍的现状,对高校课程改革背景下“双师型”师资队伍建设的策略进行分析和研究。
With the development of higher vocational education,the"double-qualified"teachers are constantly expanding.However,in the current reform of higher vocational courses,how to promote the construction of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges has become a key research topic.Based on the connotation and practical significance of"double-qualified"teachers and the current situation of"double-qualified"teachers,this paper analyzes and studies the construction strategies of"double-qualified"teachers under the background of curriculum reform in colleges and universities.
