摘要
我国石油化工、冶金电力、轻工、环保等流程工业,都迫切需要互联网技术实现节能减排、降本增效。工业互联网厂商从设计研发、生产制造和运行维护等角度,推出了各类解决方案,虽然取得了一些应用,但切实解决行业痛点问题并形成可推广复制效果的工程案例并不多。从流程工业自身特点和应用需求出发,对当前主流工业互联网平台的公司基因、服务方式和技术结构进行剖析,介绍了相关智能制造技术在化工行业中的应用成果。从如何推动工业互联网技术在流程工业中落地、应用,并服务于中国智造,提出了一些发展建议。
In China’s petrochemical,metallurgical power,light industry,environmental protection and other process industries,there is an urgent need for Internet technology to achieve energy saving,emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.Industrial Internet vendors are rolling out various solutions from the perspectives of design,R&D,manufacturing,operation and maintenance.Although some applications are implemented,there are not many engineering cases that effectively solve the industry’s pain points and form the effect of popularization and replication.Based on the characteristics and application requirements of the process industry,the company gene,the service mode and product technology of the current mainstream industrial internet platforms are analyzed,and the application results of related intelligent manufacturing technologies in the chemical industry are introduced.Finally,some suggestions on how to promote the implementation and the application of industrial internet technology in process industry and serve the development of China intelligent manufacturing are provided.
