摘要
目的检测增生型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血浆和玻璃体液中基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)、增生型DR患者血浆和玻璃体液中(DR)、信号传导与转录激活因子(STAT3)和X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)水平的表达关系。方法选取2016年3月至2018年10月就诊的X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白增生型DR患者,同期选取行玻璃体切割手术的孔源性视网膜脱离患者60例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆及玻璃体液中MMP-2、STAT3、XIAP表达水平,分析增生型DR患者血浆和玻璃体液中MMP-2、STAT3和XIAP水平的表达的相关性。结果增生型DR组患者血浆和玻璃体液中MMP-2、STAT3和XIAP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。增生型DR患者血浆中MMP-2表达水平与STAT3、XIAP水平正相关(P<0.05),增生型DR患者血浆中STAT3表达水平与XIAP水平正相关(P<0.05)。增生型DR患者玻璃体液中MMP-2表达水平与STAT3、XIAP水平正相关(P<0.05),增生型DR患者玻璃体液中STAT3表达水平与XIAP水平正相关(P<0.05)。结论增生型DR患者血浆和玻璃体液中MMP-2、STAT3和XIAP水平明显高表达,可能共同参与增生型DR疾病的发生、发展。
Objective To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),signal transduction and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)and X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein(XIAP)in plasma and vitreous fluid of patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR),and to analyze the relationships between the expressions of MMP-2,STAT3 and XIAP in plasma and vitreous fluid of patients with DR.Methods A total of 145 patients with arrestin proliferative type DR who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled as observation group,and 60 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment who underwent vitrectomy were enrolled as control group.The expression levels of MMP-2,STAT3 and XIAP in plasma and vitreous fluid were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the correlations between MMP-2,STAT3 and XIAP levels in plasma and vitreous humor of patients with arrestin proliferative type DR were analyzed.Results The levels of MMP-2,STAT3 and XIAP in plasma and vitreous fluid of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of MMP-2 in plasma of patients in observation group were significantly positively correlated with those of STAT3 and XIAP(P<0.05),and the expression levels of STAT3 in plasma of patients in observation group were positively correlated with those of XIAP(P<0.05).Moreover the expression levels of MMP-2 in vitreous fluid of patients in observation group were positively correlated with those of STAT3 and XIAP(P<0.05),and the expression levels of STAT3 in vitreous fluid of patients in observation group were positively correlated with those of XIAP(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of MMP-2,STAT3 and XIAP in plasma and vitreous fluid of patients with arrestin proliferative type DR are significantly increased,which may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of proliferative type DR.
