摘要
以聚酯多元醇、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸为主要原料,用环氧树脂、氨基硅氧烷接枝聚合制备出环氧树脂-氨基硅氧烷复合改性水性聚氨酯(WPU),并将其作为皮革涂饰剂使用。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TGA)等对成膜进行了结构表征,对乳液的成膜性、耐水性、外观、粒径等进行了分析,且对经其进行表面处理的皮革的抗张强度、撕裂强度、柔软度等进行测试。结果表明:环氧树脂和氨基硅氧烷的复合接枝改性,是提高WPU综合性能的有效办法,拓宽了WPU在皮革涂饰方面的应用。
Waterlwme polyurethane(WPU)grafted wilh epoxy resin(E-51)and amino-siloxane(KH-550)was prepared,with the polyester polyol(PE-3020),hexamelhyiene diisocyanate(HDI)and 2-dimelhylolpropionic acid(DMPA)used as raw materials.And it was used as leather finishing agent.The structure of ihe WPU films were characterized by FT-IR,XRD and TGA.The film's forming property,water resistance,appearance and particle size of WPU emulsion were analyzed.The tensile strength,tear strength and softness of the leather samples treated wilh the WPU were tested.The results show that the composile graft modification of epoxy resin and aminosiloxane is an effective way to improve the comprehensive properties of WPU and broaden the application of WPU in leather finishing.
