摘要
胃癌胃切除患者术后并发症易导致身体创伤增大,严重影响其生活质量,其中因长期禁食而出现的营养不良是影响手术风险和术后机体恢复的重点。临床实践和研究不断尝试在快速康复外科(FTS)理念下对患者施行围术期营养支持,联合肠外营养(PN)和肠内营养(EN)并结合营养教育成果,有效规范该营养干预内容和解决并发症发生率等问题。本文综述了目前国内外FTS下胃切除患者围术期营养支持的目标、重要性及主要并发症措施等,为临床提供参考。
Postoperative complications of patients with gastric cancer gastrectomy easily lead to increased physical trauma,which seriously affected their quality of life.Among them,malnutrition due to long-term fasting was the focus of affecting the risk of surgery and postoperative recovery.The clinical practice and study continued to try to provide patients with perioperative nutritional support under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery(FTS),and combined with parenteral nutrition(PN)and enteral nutrition(EN),and combined with nutrition education achievements to effectively regulate the nutrition intervention content and resolve the incidence of complications and other issues.This article summarized the goals,importance and measures of main complications of perioperative nutritional support for patients with gastrotomy under FTS at home and abroad,and provided a reference for the clinic.
