摘要
目的探讨胃癌患者在围手术期护理中的应用优质护理的效果及其对不良情绪的影响。方法本次研究162例胃癌患者均为本院2018年7月至2019年8月接收,根据入院单号、双号分为两组,即对照组和研究组,每组81例。对照组给予常规护理措施,主要包括讲解健康知识,介绍手术治疗方法,出院指导等;研究组给予优质护理措施,主要包括术前、术中和术后优质护理措施,准确记录各组住院时间、术后肛门排气时间,评估患者抑郁(SDS)及焦虑(SAS)状况,并统计护理满意度。结果对照组住院时间和术后肛门排气时间分别为(25.64±5.79)d和(30.25±4.51)h,研究组分别为(18.27±2.71)d和(21.23±2.42)h,研究组同对照组相比更低(P<0.05);研究组护理后SDS及SAS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);在护理满意度方面,研究组(95.06%)较对照组(85.19%)更高(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者围手术期实施优质护理方法,不仅可以缓解不良情绪,改善护患关系,同时可缩减住院及术后肛门排气时间,促进护理满意度提高,值得采纳推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer and its influence on bad mood.Methods In this study,162 patients with gastric cancer were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to August 2019,and were divided into two groups according to admission order number and double number,with 81 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,including health knowledge,surgical treatment,discharge guidance,etc.The study group was given high-quality nursing measures,mainly including preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative quality nursing measures,accurately recorded the length of hospitalization time,postoperative anal exhaust time,evaluation of depression(SDS)and anxiety(SAS),and statistical nursing satisfaction.Results The length of hospital stay and postoperative anal exhaust time were(25.64±5.79)days and(30.25±4.51)hours in the control group and(18.27±2.71)days and(21.23±2.42)hours in the study group,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the study group(95.06%)was higher than the control group(85.19%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative high-quality nursing methods for gastric cancer patients can not only relieve bad mood,improve the nursepatient relationship,but also shorten the time of hospitalization and postoperative anal exhaust,and promote nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
