摘要
目的探讨快速康复理念在胃癌根治术后护理中的应用。方法选取我院2016年6月～2017年12月收治的100例行胃癌根治术的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理模式护理,观察组采用快熟康复模式护理干预,比较两组护理效果、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的护理总有效率为96%,对照组为74%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为98%,对照组为80%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率为4%,对照组为30%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌根治术护理中加入快速康复理念进行干预,不仅可提高护理质量,还可降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of rapid rehabilitation concept in the nursing of postoperative radicalgastrectomy for cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for cancer in our hospital fromJune 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and controlgroup by the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. In the control group, routine nursing mode wasused, while in the observation group, rapid rehabilitation mode was adopted. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction andoccurrence of complications of the two groups were comapred. Results The total effectiveness rate of nursing in the observation group was 96%, while 74% in the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfactionof the observation group was 98%, while 80% in the control group with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications was 4.0% in the observation group, lower than that in the control group accounting for 30% withstatistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation concept as an intervention in the treatment of radicalgastrectomy for gastric cancer can not only improve the quality of care, but also reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
