摘要
目的探讨5E康复模式对下肢骨肿瘤患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016-5-2017-5我院收治的下肢骨肿瘤患者126例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规康复护理方法,研究组在对常规康复护理基础上应用5E康复模式干预。对比两组患者护理干预后,下肢功能恢复情况和生活质量评分。结果研究组下肢功能恢复评分优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨肿瘤患者在常规康复护理基础上应用5E康复模式,在有效促进患者的下肢功能恢复同时并改善其生活质量,应当在临床中推广及应用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of 5 Erehabilitation model on functional recovery and quality of life of patients with lower limb bone tumor.METHODS Select in May 2016-in May 2017 in our hospital under the upper 126 cases of tumor patients,randomLy divided into two groups,the control group using conventional rehabilitation nursing method,the team based on conventional rehabilitation nursing model of 5 erehabilitation intervention is applied.After nursing intervention,the functional recovery and quality of life were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The score of lower limb function was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Under the upper cancer patients on the basis of conventional rehabilitation nursing 5 erecovery mode,in the lower limb functional recovery of patients with effectively promote and improve the quality of life at the same time,should be in the clinical application and promotion.
