摘要
形成性与终结性考核相结合的成绩考核评定体系,可有效提升学生在学习过程中的持续学习动力,体现“学生成长为中心”的教育理念,从而实现培养有良好职业素养,扎实专业技能人才的教育目标。文中着重阐述了形成性考核与评价方法在课程建设和课堂管理过程中的具体操作与探索。
The evaluation system combining process assessment and final assessment can effectively improve students continuous learning motivation in the learning process.This system reflects the educational concept of“focusing on students development”,to achieve the goal of cultivating talents with great career competence and professionnl skills,This paper focuses on the specific operation and exploration of the evaluation methods in the process of curriculum construction and classroom management.
