摘要
酶工程是生物工程专业的主干课程之一,其实验教学的综合性和实践性极强,对于复合型人才的培养至关重要。新工科背景下的人才培养目标对酶工程实验教学提出了新的要求,本文结合河南科技大学生物工程专业的酶工程实验教学实践,从课堂教学和实验报告两个角度对酶工程实验教学中存在的问题进行了深入分析,通过实施整体长远布局,优化教学内容;“实验室+生产车间”双场景教学;健全评价机制,强调过程考核;思政元素有机融入及实验报告撰写与评阅模式创新等改革措施,使该课程成绩的优良率提高了14.5%,五项改革措施的改革效果认可度均超过了85%,说明课程改革效果获得了绝大多数学生的认可。
Enzyme Engineering is one of the main courses in the field of bioengineering,and its experimental teaching is highly comprehensive and practical,which is crucial for the cultivation of versatile talents.The talent cultivation goals under the background of new engineering education have put forward new requirements for Enzyme Engineering experiment teaching.Based on the experimental teaching practice of Enzyme Engineering in bioengineering major of Henan University of Science and Technology,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in Enzyme Engineering experimental teaching from the perspectives of classroom teaching and experimental reports,optimizes teaching content through the implementation of the overall long-term layout;“laboratory+production workshop”dual-scene teaching;improves the evaluation mechanism and emphasize the process assessment;reforms measures such as the organic integration of ideological and political elements and the innovation of experimental report writing and evaluation mode have increased the excellent and good rate of the course by 14.5%,and the recognition degree of the reform effect of the five reform measures all exceeded 85%,indicating that the reform effect has been recognized by the vast majority of students.
