摘要
为了探讨基于雨课堂的教学方法在消化外科医患沟通教学中的应用效果,随机将实习学生分为雨课堂教学组和传统教学组,比较理论和医患沟通教学效果、学员对教学满意度的差别。结果发现,雨课堂教学组的理论教学成绩和医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE)的评分都较传统教学组显著提高(P<0.05);雨课堂教学组的学员满意度也显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。因此,雨课堂能够提升医患沟通的临床教学效果。
In order to explore the application effect of the teaching method based on the rain classroom in doctor-patient communication teaching of digestive surgery,the clinical practice students were randomly divided into rain classroom teaching group and traditional teaching group.The teaching effects of theory and doctor-patient communication,and the students’satisfaction about teaching were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the scores of theoretical teaching and doctor-patient communication skills evaluation scale(SEGUE)in the rain classroom teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of students in the rain classroom teaching group was also significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Therefore,rain classroom can improve the clinical teaching effect of doctor-patient relationship communication.
