摘要
以应用型人才培养为目标,关注学生学习、实践、沟通协作、创新等能力的培养,将任务驱动和对分课堂相结合进行《基础工业工程》课程的教学设计。首先以市场需求为导向分析课程对应的经典岗位要求,并据此设定课程教学目标,接下来设计出关键知识领域任务,围绕任务进行对分课堂的教学组织设计,并设计了多元化的课程考核方式,最后对新模式下课程教学效果进行了总结。
For the training of application-oriented talents,attention should be paid to the cultivation of students'abilities of learning,practice,communication and cooperation,innovation,etc.The teaching design of“fundament of industrial engineering”is carried out by combining task-driven with PAD class.First,according to the market demand analyze the classical job requirements corresponding to the course,and set the teaching objectives accordingly.Next,it designs the tasks of key knowledge fields,designs the teaching organizational process of PAD class around these tasks,and designs a variety of course assessment methods.Finally,the teaching effect under the new mode is summarized.
