摘要 目的对α-亚麻酸乙酯(75%)的急性毒性、遗传毒性进行试验研究,为α-亚麻酸乙酯(75%)作为原料应用于保健食品提供毒理学试验依据。方法按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)对α-亚麻酸乙酯(75%)进行小鼠急性毒性试验(最大耐受量试验)、鼠伤寒沙门菌回复突变试验、骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验。结果α-亚麻酸乙酯最大耐受量大于17.62 g/kg,各剂量组回复突变数、微核率、精子畸形率与溶媒对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义,3项遗传毒理试验结果均为阴性。结论本试验条件下,α-亚麻酸乙酯(75%)属于无毒级物质,未见有遗传毒性作用。 Objective To study the acute toxicity and genotoxicity ofα-ethyl linolenate(75%)in order to provide experimental basis for its application as raw material in health food.Methods According to Technical Standard for Testing and Assessment of Health Food(version 2003),mice acute toxicity test(maximal tolerable dose test),Ames test(Salmonella typhimurium reverse mutation test),bone marrow cell micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test were carried out.Results In mice acute toxicity test,the maximal tolerated dose ofα-ethyl linolenate was greater than 17.62 g/kg;there was no significant difference in the number of reverse mutation,micronucleus rate and sperm abnormality rate between the test substance groups and the vehicle control group,indicating the genotoxicity test results were negative.Conclusion In this study,ethylα-linolenate(75%)is a non-toxic substance and has no genotoxic effect.
