摘要
该文综述了α–亚麻酸的生理作用、制备方法以及纯化技术的最新研究进展,并总结了各种纯化技术的优缺点。传统的纯化方法得到的α–亚麻酸含量基本都在80%以下,而通过耦合法纯化得到的α–亚麻酸含量都在90%以上,耦合法纯化α–亚麻酸是获得高纯度α–亚麻酸的有效途径之一,并对未来纯化α–亚麻酸技术的趋势做了展望。
This paper review the latest research progress on physiological role、preparation and purification technology ofα-linolenic acid,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various purification technology.The traditional purification methods get the aα-linolenic acid content is below 80 percent,but through the coupling method of purifiedα-linolenic acid content of is more than 90 percent. We can know that the coupling method is one of the effective ways to obtain high purity ofα-linolenic acid,and also discuss the future trends about purification technology ofα-linolenic acid.
