摘要
目的调查Rh血型抗原表型分布情况,为快速、安全、合理输血提供参考资料。方法采用试管法对入库血袋标本及患者标本进行Rh血型抗原检测,分析Rh血型抗原表型分布情况。结果552例RhD阳性标本中,共检出CCDee,CcDEe,CcDee,ccDEE,ccDEe,CCDEe,ccDee,CCDEE 8种表型,以CCDee 212例(38.41%)最多,其次为CcDEe 202例(36.59%),检出最少的分别为ccDee 3例(0.54%)及CCDEE 3例(0.54%),未检出CcDEE。结论吉林地区Rh血型抗原表型分布情况与全国其他地区基本相符,但CCDEE检出明显高于其他地区,CcDEE未检出,建立血型档案,对保证临床合理用血有重要临床意义。
Objective Investigate the phenotype distribution of Rh blood group antigen to provide a reference for rapid,safe and reasonable blood transfusion.Methods 375 blood donor samples and 177 required firsttime transfusions patient samples were collected,Saline-tube-method were used to test Rh blood type antigen.Results A total of 8 Rh-type antigen phenotypes were detected from 552 Rh-positive specimens,which were CCDEE,CCDEe,CcDee,ccDEE,ccDEe,CCDEe,ccDee and CCDEE.Among them,CCDee(212 cases,38.41%)was the most followed by CcDEe(202 cases,36.59%),CcDee(3 cases,0.54%)and CCDEE(3 cases,0.54%)were the least two groups,but CcDEE was not detected.Conclusion The phenotypic distribution of Rh blood group antigens in Jilin Province basically matches the other areas of China,however,the detection rate of CCDEE was significantly higher than that of other regions,while the CcDEE was significantly lower than other regions.It have important clinical significance for creating a blood group file and ensuring reasonable use of blood.
