摘要
武陵山片区湘西少数民族聚集区是全国脱贫攻坚的主战场。在全国扶贫工作步入决胜阶段的背景下,通过产业融合发展视角,以体育产业与旅游产业融合发展为个例对湘西地区展开返贫防控研究。通过研究认为,应当从主体素质、供体扶持、载体循环三个维度进行返贫防控,并分析了体育旅游产业在提高贫困地区居民基本素质、增强可持续发展观念、持续吸引资本及环境保护等方面的独特促进功能。探讨了体育旅游产业在湘西地区发展受到阻滞的影响因素,并提出了以体育旅游产业进行返贫防控的对应措施。
Xiangxi minority region in Wuling M ountain area is the main battlefield for poverty alleviation in China. The national poverty alleviation work has stepped into the decisive stage. With this background,the paper makes a research on the prevention and control of the reoccurence of poverty in Xiangxi minority region from the perspective of industrial integration development by taking the integration of sports industry and tourism industry as an example. It is believed that the prevention and control of the reoccurence of poverty is supposed to be carried out from the three dimensions of subject quality,donor support and carrier cycle. It goes on to analyze the special function of sports tourism industry in the improvement of residents’ basic qualities,the promotion of the concept of sustainable development,constantly attracting capital and environmental protection.Finally,it probes into the factors influencing the development of sports tourism industry in Xiangxi minority region and puts forward the counter-measures to prevent and control the reoccurence of poverty by sports tourism industry.
