摘要
推动教育扶贫与乡村产业开发协同,有助于提升贫困居民内生发展动力,推动贫困地区高质量脱贫,也是加快贫困地区乡村振兴的重要途径;产业基础、培训方式、利益机制、配套措施等因素影响教育扶贫与乡村产业开发协同的效果。以湘西地区为例,针对教育扶贫与乡村产业开发协同中的问题,提出要夯实乡村产业开发基础,提升教育扶贫实施的精准性,完善教育扶贫与贫困居民的利益联结机制,优化教育扶贫与产业开发协同的支持机制。
Promoting the synergy of poverty alleviation through education and rural industrial development is helpful to enhance the endogenous development power of poor residents and promote high-quality poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas,which is also an important way to accelerate rural revitalization in poor areas.Industrial foundation,training modes,benefit mechanism and supporting measures will directly affect the synergistic effect of educational poverty alleviation and industry exploration.Taking Western Hunan as an example,aiming at the problems existing in the synergy between poverty alleviation by education and rural industry exploration,this paper puts forward that it is necessary to consolidate the foundation for rural industrial development,improve the implementation accuracy of poverty alleviation by education,strengthen the interest linkage mechanism between poverty alleviation through education and poor residents,and perfect the policy support mechanism for the synergy between industrial development and poverty alleviation by education.
